Sarah & Mark {Preview}

Sarah and Mark got married last Saturday! I met Sarah when we worked on a Summery shoot for her jewellery line, Penny Masquerade, shot (ironically) in freezing cold January.. Last Saturday was, in contrast, one of the most beautiful days, and it felt like their own mini festival with Pimms, Lavender Lemonade and ‘Sham-pagne’ on tap as guests hung out on the grass looking out at the Yorkshire countryside… As always, so much to say… but for now, here is a little preview. A few weeks ago I was part of a shoot to promote Lauren’s textile business Thimble & Bobbin. It was organised with a colourful, retro theme to show the collection, which itself takes influence from 60s fabrics and vintage homewares. We had two gorgeous models, Beth and Pippa, and we were lent aprons from Pinnikitty, headwear from What Katy Did Next, crockery from Tea with Ruby, art from Alexandra Garrity, dresses from Make Me A Dress as well as enlisting help for ahair and make up from Vintage Tinsel and Make Up By Jo, and we shot at some gorgeous farm cottages at Bousdale Farm. (Phew.. is that everyone?!)
